I am an economist and public policy professional with experience in research, data analysis, and policy evaluation. My work focuses on development economics, agrifood systems, impact evaluation, and evidence-based public policy in Latin America.

Research Interests

Public policy, development economics, impact evaluation, applied econometrics, agricultural economics, and gender-focused policy analysis.

Projects

  • Agrifood Public Policy Observatory (OPSAa – IICA): Contribute to the management and analysis of data, indicators, and metrics to monitor progress and trends in public policies for agrifood systems in Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Gender and Development Research Projects (LINS Associates): Participatory research, institutional capacity assessments, and methodological design of surveys and studies related to gender, public management, and social development.
  • Poverty and Development Research (J-PAL): Supported the development of poverty indicators and research activities related to evidence-based policy and development programs.
